Notes of an interview with Alistair Mackenzie 1 March 2005
Alistair recommended the source: Banks R: Faith Goes to Work (Alban) particularly Gordon Priest's article (chap 13).
On the issue of 'work' -

"Good work is defined as: meaningful activity our participation in God's own activity. Employment may form part of that it depends not on what we do but whether it is meaningful in God's terms. By the same token activities outside employment may represent participation in God's activity and so be 'good work'.

On the problem of rejecting dualism while avoiding pantheism -

Pantheism is avoided when we are careful to distinguish between Creator and Creation. We must hold this distinction in balance and sustain the tension that results. Another balance/tension that we sustain is the one between the persons of the Holy Trinity and that's a parallel. "
